Privacy

This Privacy Policy informs you about how we process your personal data, what data is collected, and what rights you have regarding your data under the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).

1. Collection and Storage of Personal Data, and the Nature and Purpose of its Use

a) When Visiting the Website

When you access our website, the browser on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which access was made (referrer URL),
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your access provider.

The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
  • Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluating system security and stability, and
  • for other administrative purposes.

b) Use of Our Contact Form

If you use our contact form (Gravity Forms), the data you enter will be stored by us to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

c) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization on this website, so your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission.

d) Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to implement and manage tags on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not process any personal data. It merely ensures that other tools, such as Google Analytics, are activated.

e) Google Fonts

This website uses so-called Web Fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the necessary Web Fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. In this process, your IP address is transmitted to Google in the USA.

f) Fontawesome

We use the Fontawesome icon library on our website. This library provides icons that also serve to improve the user experience. When Fontawesome is accessed, your IP address may be transmitted to Fontawesome's servers in the USA.

g) Social Links

Our website only contains links to external social media platforms. Clicking these links will redirect you to the respective platform without any data being transferred to these third parties before you actively click the link.

2. Rights

You have the right to:

  • request information about your personal data processed by us, in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA);
  • request the correction of inaccurate data;
  • request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, provided there are no legal retention obligations;
  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
  • withdraw your consent from us at any time.

3. Data Security

During your website visit, we use the widely adopted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this Privacy Policy to always align it with current legal requirements.
